Ticket Information

  • $275 Subsidized price: We believe everyone should have the opportunity to participate, so we're offering a subsidized rate to help make that possible.

$375 Median price: This is the median ticket price for those who are able to support the event at this level. This is still subsidized, but will offer more flexibility in ticket pricing for those who may need it.

$475 Unsubsidized price: If you're in a position to contribute a little extra, this option allows you to help support others who may need financial assistance.

  • For an additional $80 you can add skills clinics to your registration. Skills clinics run all weekend long so feel free to add more than one to your registration!

The First Touch Skills Clinic is FREE for folks who are MTB curious but don't know where to begin.

Bikes, Bikes, Bikes

  • Demo bikes are available for FREE for those who do not have access to a mountain bike. Email info@gritfestival.com to reserve.

  • Check out Mojo, for local bike shop for rentals!

  • We will provide information on which bike shops we are partnering with to ship your bikes to. More info on this coming soon!

  • Feedback Sports stands are available for you to safely store your bike during the Fest!

REMEMBER this is a camping festival! As such, bikes will need to stay at your campsite or in/on your car overnight.

We do not offer any additional closed storage during the fest.

You are responsible for making sure that your bike stays safe & happy throughout the event.

DO NOT leave your bike unattended overnight!

We highly encourage you to bring your own bike lock!

What’s Included

  • Camping is included in your festival ticket, so you can fully immerse yourself in the Grit Fest experience at Centennial Park! We take over the park for the weekend, and most attendees choose to camp onsite. The camping is dispersed, with a designated parking lot a short walk from the campsite.

Event setup will take place from 10 AM to 3 PM on Thursday, with camping opening at 4 PM. Please note that there will be no security on-site Thursday evening.

Tent Camping: For those bringing tents, our volunteers will be on hand to help you find a spot on a first-come, first-serve basis. Don’t worry—there’s plenty of space for everyone! The campsite is conveniently located within short walking or riding distance to the festival’s home base, so you can easily stroll or bike to breakfast each morning. Plus, with the Razorback Greenway nearby, exploring Fayetteville’s local scene is just a bike ride away.

Vans, RVs, and Trailers: If you’re coming in a conversion van, camper van, RV, or trailer, we’ve got you covered! There are designated spots away from the tent camping area where you can set up. Just make sure to park in a designated area within the park grounds.

Please note, while Centennial Park has good cell phone service (perfect for checking in on kids, pets, etc.), there won’t be official security at the campsite, so you'll be responsible for your belongings.

Hotels: If camping isn’t your thing, there are several hotels conveniently located at the base of Centennial Park, including Days Inn by Wyndham, Baymont by Wyndham, and Extended Stay America Select Suites. These are the closest options, and they’re less than a mile from the festival site—an easy bike or walk away.

Travel: For those flying in, Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) is the closest and most convenient option, though flights can be pricier. Tulsa International Airport is another option, located about two hours from Northwest Arkansas. If you need a ride from the airport, our Facebook group is a great resource for coordinating with other festival-goers. A rental car isn’t necessary since you can easily walk or bike to the festival from the nearby hotels.

If you need to go into town, ride shares are fairly easy to come by in Fayetteville.

All your meals for the weekend are provided, so you can focus on enjoying the festival without worrying about food!

  • Meals included with your ticket are:

    • Friday breakfast, lunch &, dinner

If you need a little something extra, there are a few shops very close to Centennial Park including a Walgreens & Aldi down the street & Walmart on the main thoroughfare. These options are all riding-distance from the park.
